The customer portal provides Valhalla managed service contract (VIP) customers with an around-the-clock virtual help desk. Clients can request quotes for new solutions and submit service tickets for current issues. They can then track and stay up-to-date on the status of those service tickets. Once work is completed, clients can review what was done, sign the service ticket and pay – all from the portal.
